Who I Work With:

If you’re living with the weight of trauma, anxiety, depression, or chronic stress—and traditional therapy hasn’t helped—you’re not alone. I offer gentle, trauma-informed care for adults who need more than just talk.
My work is grounded in deep compassion, cultural humility, and meaningful connection. While I have experience in child and family therapy, my current focus is helping adults heal. I welcome clients of all identities, with longstanding care for LGBTQ+ and populations that have been marginalized.
The Heart Behind the Work

When I’m not in session, I’m enjoying life as a mother, wife, and friend. My husband and I became parents through a love-filled adoption journey in 2000. We’ve shared over 40 years together, enjoying the mountains and rivers of North America. I deeply value connection, community, and laughter. Which keep me grounded and enrich the work I do every day.
